Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include all original tags and the packing slip provided in your shipment.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
